Sweepstakes Rules
Who can enter. US residents who are of legal age to wed, who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia at time of entry and who may legally wed in the State of California. Employees of K&K Publications and the vendors listed and their relatives are not eligible. Nor are ad agencies that might work with the companies. Contestants agree to publication and/or display of their name, likeness, wedding coverage and entry form in print or electronically at the discretion of the sweepstakes sponsors. Participants are subject to official sweepstakes rules. All federal, state and local laws governing sweepstakes apply. As a benefit of entering, contestants will automatically receive correspondence of interest to prospective brides and grooms from our advertisers.
How to enter. No entry is valid unless it is completely filled out. Enter online at www.sandiegobrideandgroom.com or by sending a 3x5 index card with your name, address, telephone number, fiancé's name and date of wedding to: San Diego Bride & Groom, 438 Camino del Rio South, Suite 118, San Diego,CA 92108. One entry per person. Multiple entries will disqualify you. All entries for the Green Wedding Sweepstakes must be received by May 31, 2008.
Selection. Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all qualified entries and will be notified by telephone, email or certified mail. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.
Prizes. Prize must be used on the date specified in the rules. This date is October 10, 2008. Prize is non-transferable and there is no substitute if prize is not taken. Winner must sign release form waiving all claims of liability against the sponsors, their agents and employees, for damages or injuries arising from these sweepstakes. Winner will be responsible for local, state and federal taxes and any expenses not specified as part of the prize. Magazine is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
